Finance, Economic Planning and Decentralisation Minister Joseph Mwanamvekha has set his eyes on the Extended Credit Facility (ECF), saying it is the ultimate goal, amid challenging conditions to secure one.
Mwanamvekha also acknowledges that, with the prevailing fiscal space and foreign reserves position, it would be tricky to secure one in the immediacy.
