Civil society organisations (CSOs) have asked the authorities to provide clarity on the issue pertaining to the designation of Director of Legal and Prosecutions at the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB).
Reports reaching The Daily Times indicate that two individuals are operating as Director of Legal and Prosecutions at the bureau.
The post is meant for one officer.
Reliable sources within ACB have confided in The Daily Times that the two individuals are Chrispin Khunga and Victor Chiwala
