All eyes will be on President Peter Mutharika this morning as he opens the Mid- Year Budget Review Meeting of Parliament in Lilongwe.
Expectations are running high across all sectors of the economy, as Malawians await to hear how Mutharika, who won the September 16 general elections with an emphatic 56.8 percent of the vote, plans to resuscitate the country’s ailing economy.
