State President Peter Mutharika Thursday filled all Cabinet positions, settling for one with 21 members.
Mutharika announced the Cabinet through Chief Secretary Justin Adack Saidi.
Initially, Mutharika appointed Finance, Economic Planning and Decentralisation Minister Joseph Mwanamvekha, Minister of State Alfred Gangata as well as Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Minister George Chaponda.
