Attorney General (AG) Frank Mbeta has moved to challenge a High Court ruling that declared that Chief Secretary to the Government Justin Saidi has no legal authority to redeploy officers in the Malawi Police Service.
The AG has since filed an appeal before the Supreme Court of Appeal, where he is seeking a stay of the judgement.
