Some civil society organisations (CSOs) have proposed several recommendations to the Legal Affairs Committee of Parliament (LAC) regarding the management of the Constituency Development Fund (CDF).
These include the need to adopt a legal framework based on proven regional experience from countries such as Zambia, Kenya and Uganda.
