FCB Nyasa Big Bullets have been ordered to pay $15,200 (about K27.2 million) for breach of contract of Zimbabwean forward Ronald Chitiyo, Times Sport can reveal.
This follows a decision of the Fifa Dispute Resolution Chamber (DRC) passed on June 5, 2025.
“The claim of the claimant Ronald Chitiyo is partially accepted. The respondent, FCB Nyasa Big Bullets, must pay to the claimant the following amount $15,200 as compensation for breach of contract plus 6 percent interest as from 2 January until the date of effective payment,” the Fifa document reads.
According to article 24 of Regulations on The Status and Transfer of Players, Bullets must pay the fine, with interest, within 45 days.
If Bullets fail to pay within the stipulated timeframe, the matter could be referred to the Fifa Disciplinary Committee.

When contacted Sunday, Bullets Chief Executive Officer Albert Chigoga said he was not aware of the matter.
“Nothing to my knowledge. He only requested for a clearance, which we provided timeously. We will deal with it [the issue] when delivered to us,” Chigoga said.
Chitiyo played for Bullets for one season after joining the club on a three-year contract at the start of the 2024 football season.
But his contract was allegedly terminated before the start of the 2025 season.

The 32-year-old former Warriors forward, who is represented by Desmond Maringwa, asked for ample time before he could comment on the matter.
“I will comment when I have more information on Tuesday,” Chitiyo said.
Chitiyo is back in Zimbabwe, where he is playing for Green Fuel FC.
In a related development, Fifa has rejected Malawian striker Muhammad Sulumba’s claim.
Sulumba reported Behrain side Al Malkiya SC to Fifa for breach of contract.
The veteran striker was demanding $20,000 from the club as well as an additional compensation of six-month salaries totalling $12,000.
