Fresh revelations have emerged in the purchase of Amaryllis Hotel in Blantyre by the Public Service Pension Trust Fund (PSPTF), with details showing that the fund engaged an unregistered valuer, EMJ Advisory Public Accountants, for the task.
This is according to details that came out in Parliament yesterday during a public hearing on the transaction by the Public Accounts Committee (Pac) of Parliament
