Renowned musician Faith Mussa, who is now based in United States of America (USA), has made a fresh step in his music career, connecting with Italian band Shanti Powa.
The singer and guitarist, famed for hits such as ‘Mdidi’ and ‘Desperate’, said they have already made headway by working on a song titled ‘Opportunity’.
“I first met Shanti Powa in Washington DC at a fair play event and we became friends. We will release ‘Opportunity’ in a few weeks time; we decided to shoot a live video at a festival in Rome, Italy,” he said.
Faith said he left last week for Italy to rehearse with the Italian band.
“The performances and video shoot were an absolute success. Apart from the performances, I enjoyed the outing in Italy, especially seeing a few historic sites in Rome,” he said.

Faith said he plans to hold a major event in Malawi before the year ends ahead of his new album release in 2025.
“I have started recording a new project. I will be releasing singles soon. This will be the biggest project of my music career before the launch next year,” he said.
The artist yesterday also had a performance in Dallas, Texas.
