TNM Super League defending champions FCB Nyasa Big Bullets face tricky assignments in the Northern Region in their quest to retain the title.
After successfully defending the FDH Bank Cup, Bullets will take on Ekwendeni Hammers today before facing Moyale Barracks on Tuesday.
Both matches will be played at Rumphi Stadium.
Bullets Coach Kalitso Pasuwa dared his charges to win to reduce the gap of points which their rivals Mighty Mukuru Wanderers have opened at the summit of the log table.
If second-placed Bullets win, they will reduce the gap to just a point as they have 43 points from 20 matches whereas Wanderers top the table with 47 points from 24 matches.

Pasuwa said it would be a daunting task to secure maximum points against Hammers due to Bullets’ congested fixture.
“This is another crucial match as we are not resting in order to fulfill our fixtures. The boys have played many games. I will keep on changing players on the starting list to give others a chance to rest. We are here on a mission to collect maximum points to defend the title,” Pasuwa, whose charges beat Mafco 3-0 to defend the FDH Bank Cup, said.
Bullets are also in good spirits having started their Airtel Top 8 Cup campaign with a 2-0 win over Civil Service United during the first quarterfinal leg.
Hammers are stuck on 13th position with 29 points from 25 matches and their mission is to avoid relegation.

Hammers’ Coach Elias Chirambo said stopping Bullets would help them to gain confidence and avoid the chop.
“Indeed we are facing a side which is doing well at the moment but we have to be on top of our game to win. The boys are looking forward to this match and I am optimistic that Bullets are beatable,” Chirambo said.
Interestingly, Hammers have never won against Bullets during their previous five meetings.
This season, Bullets whipped Hammers 4-1 on June 10 at Kamuzu Stadium.
In other matches, Extreme will host Bangwe All Stars at Nankhaka Ground whereas Dedza Dynamos Salima Sugar will take on Moyale Barracks at Dedza Stadium.
Action will continue tomorrow, with Karonga United hosting Mafco at Karonga Stadium.
