Three FCB Nyasa Bullets stars have started light training after picking injuries in recent matches.
The three are Nickson Nyasulu, Chinedu Okafor and Yankho Singo, according to Bullets’ website.
Bullets still have defender Clyde Senaji, midfielder Mike Mkwate and striker Stanley Billiati on the sidelines with defender Eric Kaonga joining them after catching an infection recently.
Coach Kalisto Pasuwa said Senaji and Billiati are being assessed.
“Mike will be on the sidelines for months. Senaji and Mkwate suffered fractures to their legs while Singo was down with a viral infection, with Okafor recovering from his ankle injury. Kaonga also has a viral infection and has not trained since yesterday. We still have six players that are injured and will continue being on the sidelines for the next weeks,” Pasuwa told the website.

Bullets were without the six players during last weekend’s barren draw with Kamuzu Barracks at Civo Stadium in Lilongwe.
The People’s Team lies second on the log table with 21 points from 10 matches and will be hoping to collect maximum points against Mighty Mukuru Wanderers.
A win will help the defending champions keep up the pressure on leaders Silver Strikers who have 24 points from the same number of fixtures.
The two teams have a similar goal difference of 15 with Bullets having scored a goal more while Silver have conceded a goal less.
