The government has scrapped manual procurement, ending a long-standing practice following the rollout of the Malawi National Electronic Procurement System (Maneps).
Maneps is a web-based, collaborative platform that is designed to manage the full lifecycle of public procurement, including tendering and contract management, for government agencies and suppliers.
