Hip-hop artist Hayze Engolah is set to go full throttle in his music escapades and drop the bars for National Bank of Malawi plc following his being unveiled the first ever Mo626 College Basketball brand ambassador yesterday.
Engola, who is also an entrepreneur and influencer and is known for his KNQR brand, which encompasses perfume and clothing lines, could not hide his excitement as the ambassador during his colourful unveiling at the bank’s headquarters in Blantyre.
The former Home Grown Africa musical outfit member, real name Sindiso Msungama, said “it is an honour for him to be the ambassador for Mo626 College Basketball”.
“I am really excited with the exciting times for myself, college basketball, National Bank of Malawi Plc, entrepreneurs and young people. It is an extreme honour to be the first brand ambassador as, with this massive bank, we share same values and interest,” the youthful artist said.
Engola, famed for songs such as ‘Dobadoba’ and ‘Kaneneni’ said basketball lovers and sport in general and art enthusiasts should look out for activities, promotions and performances at the games.

Hiwa said their ambassador will not only promote basketball, National Bank of Malawi Plc products and services but also share “our core values, demonstrating the importance of integrity, innovation and youth entrepreneurship in today’s world”.
“We understand that aligning ourselves with the right ambassador is paramount. It is about finding an individual whose values, achievements and persona resonate with our company’s mission and vision. Our brand ambassador embodies the very essence of what Mo626 basketball stands for – excellence, innovation and commitment to making a positive impact in the world,” she said.
