Malawi Olympic Committee (Moc) President Jappie Mhango is set to retain the post unopposed when the body goes to polls at Sunbird Capital Hotel in Lilongwe on February 17.
Mhango is the only presidential candidate nominated for the post.
The nomination window closed on Friday and, Tuesday, the Moc Judicial Commission released a list of candidates who have been nominated.
Moc Vice President Flora Mwandira and Vice General Secretary Frank Chitembeya are notable members that have not been nominated.
Meanwhile, Moc General Secretary John Kaputa has been nominated for the post of vice president after securing five nominations while General Kakhuta Banda got a nomination.

Moc Treasurer General Henry Sakala has been nominated for the post of general secretary with five nominations while basketball official Lisungu Banda got a nomination.
The battle for the post of vice general secretary will involve Malawi Aquatic Union General Secretary Beatrice.
