Lawyers for Malawi Congress Party (MCP) secretary general (SG) Richard Chimwendo Banda have lamented the High Court’s perceived delay in delivering a ruling on Chimwendo’s bail application in a case where he faces attempted murder charges.
A few weeks ago, High Court Judge Mzonde Mvula said he would make his ruling via email.
