Local manufacturers and innovators in the energy sector say Malawi has potential to address its power challenges using homegrown technologies.
One of the firms, Lilongwe-based Farmers’ Voice Africa (Favoa) Innovations and Investment Group, is producing solar-powered generators using 80 percent locally sourced materials.
