Opposition Malawi Congress Party (MCP)’s leadership in Parliament has vowed to push ahead with investigations by parliamentary joint committees into alleged governance issues within some government institutions despite a court injunction stopping the probes.
MCP Whip in Parliament Moses Kunkuyu said Parliament had a constitutional duty to scrutinise issues and that the sitting in Lilongwe.
