After their successful launch of their seventh album titled Ndimamvetsera Kumwamba at Comesa Hall in Blantyre during Easter, Ndirande Anglican Voices goes to Lilongwe next month.
The gospel group will launch the album at Bingu International Convention Centre (BICC) on May 26 2024.
“We are ready to minister the word of God through music to people in the Central Region. Mind you this is a tour, we started in Blantyre and now on May 26 we will be in Lilongwe and then we will go to Mzuzu. We are still working on the dates for Mzuzu but we are geared to go there,” the group’s lead vocalist Dennis Kalimbe said Thursday.
He said they were overwhelmed with the support that people have given them since they announced the release of Ndimamvetsera Kumwamba.
“It has been a long mission of refining, mixing, recording, shooting and consultation us. But in all this, we say praise be to God the Almighty for setting the pace for us with this album,” Kalimbe said.

Before launching the album at Comesa Hall, the group held a listening session for the first time at Sunbird Mount Soche Hotel in Blantyre in November last year where they fetched huge sums.
“We just want to call upon people to patronise this launch at BICC. Ndirande Anglican Voices is here today because of their support and their encouragement,” he said.
The album which was recorded at Umi Wangu Records by Kalimbe and M Studios by Steven Meleka has songs such as ‘Lero Lino’ ‘Usalisinthe Dzina’ and ‘Ndinu Woyera’.
Before Ndirande Anglican Voices took to the stage, the audience was treated to performances by among others, Miracle Chinga, Favoured Martha and Mlaka Maliro.
