Netball Association of Malawi (Nam) Technical Director Samuel Kanyenda said the Queens were living dangerously and they must play more matches to maintain top six or improve. to
“We are hanging on position six by a thread. We have to play more test games to maintain the position.
“To break into the top four we need a long term plan of not less than five years which should strictly be followed. Currently, we have hard working talented players,” he said.
Kanyenda said Queens’ players need a special arrangement to undergo a physical fitness conditioning programme on a continuous basis.

“Players need a stable physical body making their bodies a weapon for netball. The fitness level of our players is below that of our opponents,” he said.
Nam General Secretary Isaac Chimwala said they are happy with the development and promised not to relax to enable the Queens to break into the top four.
