The football fraternity has been dealt a huge blow as Castel Malawi will not renew the sponsorship agreement for the Ibongetse Castel Challenge Cup.
This follows the end of the three-year contract with Football Association of Malawi (Fam) at the end of the 2025 football season.
The latest setback means Fam has lost two cups in a space of one year after the FDH Bank Cup sponsorship was diverted to the FDH Bank Premiership.
