Students from Malawi University of Business and Applied Sciences (Mubas) in Blantyre on Saturday partied all the way to the night during a social weekend.
The students for once forgot their books and instead treated themselves to all-out entertainment and enjoyed music, both local and international, dished out by a DJ.
The students also decided into breathe more life to the occasion by dressing in funny attire a tradition that has been a norm for a social weekend.
For instance, some of the male students decided to bring more fun to the social weekend by wearing female attire.
The students also enjoyed food and alcoholic beverages.

Random interviews with some of the students indicated they had fun.
“After passing examinations, the best thing you can do is celebrate and the social weekend is one such platform to do that. It’s been great,” one of the male students said.
Some youths from Ndirande, Jungle Boys and Super Boys also took advantage of the social weekend to showcase their acrobatic skills and earned money.
