World Bank Vice President for Eastern and Southern Africa Ndiamé Diop has urged African countries to accelerate economic growth to tackle a growing jobs crisis as populations expand rapidly.
Diop made the call during a meeting of the World Bank Africa Group 1 Constituency in Washington, DC at the ongoing World Bank and International Monetary Fund Spring Meetings.
