As President Peter Mutharika makes his State of the Nation Address (Sona) at Parliament Building in Lilongwe, the economy continues to spew hostilities, creating desperation among people and businesses.
Some economists and consumers see traces of improvements, as seen in easing food prices and stable supply of fuel.
However, the business sector is still gripped by forex woes and a weak consumer market that silently kill businesses.
