President Peter Mutharika has appointed Alliance for Democracy (Aford) leader Enoch Chihana as Malawi’s Second Vice President, along with three others as part of his Cabinet.
Mutharika has selected senior Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) members George Chaponda as Minister of Foreign Affairs, Joseph Mwanamvekha as Minister of Finance, Economic Planning and Development, and Alfred Gangata as Minister of State.
