South Africa-based reggae musician Born African, who brought Grammy award winning reggae group Morgan Heritage to Malawi, has described the death of its lead singer Peter Anthony Morgan as a huge loss to the reggae family.

“I am shocked with the loss of Peter Morgan. This is a huge loss to the reggae fraternity,” Born African, who is also a promoter, said.
Several people in Malawi have also mourned the reggae icon, whose voice kept Morgan Heritage a powerhouse.
