Churches on Sunday marked Palm Sunday with marches and joint crusades, as Christians commemorated the triumphant entry of Jesus Christ into Jerusalem and the beginning of the Easter season.
The march symbolised the biblical account of Jesus’ humble entry into Jerusalem, an event that holds great significance in the Christian calendar as it ushers in the Easter season.
In Blantyre, members of Limbe CCAP Church took to the streets, marching through Limbe Central Business District in a display of faith.
