A Parliamentary committee has criticized inefficiencies in the use of health funds, warning that poor absorption of resources is undermining service delivery despite increased allocations in key areas.
Presenting the Health Cluster report in Parliament, Committee Chairperson Anthony Masamba said the problem is no longer only about limited funding but how available resources are being utilised.
