The Human Rights Defenders Coalition (HRDC) has questioned t h e process through which Non- Governmental Organisations Regulatory Authority (Ngora) selected 36 non-governmental organisations (NGOs) for deregistration.
On Wednesday last week, Ngora issued a 30-day notice of deregistration to the 36 NGOs for allegedly being non-compliant with some requirements of the law.
