Cost-of-construction-materials costs remain high in Malawi, compared to the situation in peer countries, the latest Construction Cost Indices (CCI) show.
The CCI, covering the second quarter of the 2026-27 financial year (July to September 2026), revealed a continued slowdown in construction cost inflation across the sector.
