Malawians will have to wait a little longer before they start having stabilised electricity emanating from an energy purchase deal with Mozambique as the commissioning of the Mozambique-Malawi Interconnection Project has missed its deadline for the third time.
This is happening at a time power outages have become the order of the day in Malawi.
