The Malawi Law Society (MLS) has expressed concern over delays in implementing judicial reforms, warning that the continued failure to fully operationalise new accountability mechanisms risks undermining public confidence in the Judiciary.
MLS president Davis Njobvu said the absence of fully functional oversight structures has created an accountability gap within the justice system.
