Opposition parliamentarians are preparing for a heated debate on the delayed disbursement of funds under the K5 billion Constituency Development Fund (CDF), economic challenges and other matters when Parliament meets.
Parliament begins its third meeting in the 52nd Session today, which will run until July 31.
