The saga surrounding an alleged fraudulent $403,605 (K700 million) transfer at the National Oil Company of Malawi (Nocma) continues to widen, drawing in senior officials and exposing conflicting accounts over how the payment was made and who bears responsibility.
The Malawi Police Service (MPS) on Wednesday arrested Nocma Deputy Chief Executive Officer Miklas Reuben and Senior Operations Manager Thokozani Jacob Sesani in connection with the payment.
