The Supreme Court of Appeal has withdrawn the K5.4 billion civil forfeiture case against Deputy Minister of Homeland Security Norman Chisale and six other accused persons.
The withdrawal of the case ends a five-year legal battle that saw vehicles, houses and K1.7 billion in bank accounts belonging to Chisale frozen since February 2021.
