Parliament has agreed to introduce a bill that will guide the management and use of Constituency Development Fund (CDF) allocations following concerns over the lack of proper legislation governing the fund.
Thursday, Member of Parliament for Mzimba East, Emanuel Chambulanyina Jere, moved the motion in the august House, where he called for the introduction of a bill that would be guiding the allocation and management of CDF.
