The State has changed charges against Malawi Congress Party (MCP) director of campaign and former minister of Information Moses Kunkuyu, who appeared before the Lilongwe Chief Resident Magistrate Court for bail hearing Wednesday.
Kunkuyu was initially arrested and charged with inciting violence over remarks he allegedly made during the funeral service of Madalitso Kazombo, who once served as first deputy speaker of Parliament.
