United States (US)- based Malawi Women’s National Football Team striker Temwa Chawinga has become the fifth player to score in each of the first four meetings against a single opponent across all competitions in that country.
She plays in the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL).

So far, Kansas have scored 17 first-half goals in the 2025 season—the highest total in the NWSL.
The team has netted a league-best 45 first-half goals since the beginning of the 2024 campaign.
The Malawian is on course to defend the golden boot award, having won it in her debut season with 20 goals last season.
Last season, Temwa smashed several records in the US, including becoming the first player to win the golden boot award with more than 20 goals and also scoring against all the 13 teams.
She also won the Most Valuable Player award.
