President Peter Mutharika has challenged newly appointed Cabinet ministers and deputy ministers to get to work immediately, saying this is not the time to eat and make merry but a time for action towards the country’s prosperity.
Speaking in Lilongwe Sunday during the swearing-in ceremony of 17 ministers and deputy ministers, Mutharika said ministerial appointments are not rewards but a call to serve Malawians with diligence and integrity.
