Silver Strikers and Malawi Catering Services Limited (MCSL) have entered into a one-year partnership that sees Morning Dew becoming the club’s official water sponsor.
Through the partnership, worth K15 million, Morning Dew will provide 1,500 cases of 500ml water to the club (both men’s and women’s teams) until the end of the 2026 football season.
Speaking during the signing ceremony at Kamuzu International Airport in Lilongwe on Monday, MCSL General Manager Davie Kampeni said the company chose Silver to market their brand.
“We launched Morning Dew last year. As such, the best way of making sure that our product is known was to partner with a football club because Malawians love football. We thought the football club was the best and, then, Silver came up with a proposal and that is why we chose them,” Kampeni said.
On her part, Silver Business Development Manager Uthenji Kayambo Nyanda hailed the company for partnering with the club.
