The Construction Industry Regulatory Authority (Cira) has challenged contractors and stakeholders in the construction sector to prioritise compliance and professionalism to improve infrastructure quality and durability.
Cira Chief Executive Officer Gerald Khonje cited poor workmanship and early failures, as well as abandonment of projects, among challenges in the sector.
