The High Court Civil Division sitting in Blantyre has dismissed a judicial review order obtained by former Electricity Supply Corporation of Malawi (Escom) Chief Executive Officer Kamkwamba Kumwenda and Human Resources and Administration Director Chrispin Banda, who were challenging their removal and subsequent secondment.
