The High Court sitting in Lilongwe has set aside a decision by the Malawi Electoral Commission (Mec) to nullify Lilongwe Mtandire Mtsiriza parliamentary election results.
The election was held on September 16, 2025.
High Court Judge Simeon Mdeza has since ordered Mec to declare results of the election using results it obtained during the election.
