The government has come under fire over decisions to second some senior executives to universities.
Lately, the administration that was voted into power on September 16 this year has been reassigning some senior public officials, with the majority of them being posted to tertiary education institutions.
However, quality education advocates have said the move could have negative implications on the delivery of services in tertiary education institutions.
