Malawi has signed an agreement with the African Hero Foundation to become its second beneficiary country after Botswana, paving the way for the construction of 450 health and education facilities across the country.
The announcement was made in Gaborone during the unveiling of the foundation, where Malawi was represented by Second Vice-President Enoch Chihana on behalf of President Peter Mutharika.
