Careers for former Mighty Mukuru Wanderers striker Muhamad Sulumba and ex-Silver Strikers forward Khuda Muyaba are progressing well in the Middle East, where they are plying their trade.
Sulumba has stepped into new territory after joining Kuwaiti side Sulaibikhat Sporting Club on a two-year contract from Al- Muharrag of Bahrain.
In an interview from Kuwait, Sulumba said he was excited to join Sulaibikhat after the expiry of his contract with the Bahrain side.
“I am happy and I thank God for everything. It feels great to move to a new club. I will, therefore, work hard to impress my employers,’’ he said.
To put the icing on the cake, the Kuwaiti side has also appointed Sulumba as its vice captain.

Internet details indicate that Sulaibikhat is a Division One team in the oil-rich nation.
Sulumba is in Kuwait after six months of football in Bahrain, where he went after being released by Wanderers despite scoring 15 goals in the TNM Super League, just three behind golden boot award-winner Babatunde Adepoju.
Mubaya made his debut for the club on Monday with a brace.

According to Tishreen’s official Facebook page, the other players on target were Al- Latith Ali, Mustafa Billona and Claude Ikeh.
Tishreen are fourth on the 12-team log table with 33 points from 20 matches, 10 points behind leaders Foutoua.
The former Silver Strikers and Moyale Barracks striker joined Tishreen after terminating his contract with Polokwane City of South Africa recently.
While at Polokwane, he scored 16 goals during the 2021 season and was the second top goal scorer in the second–tier league.
Before joining Polokwane, Muyaba won the golden boot award in the TNM Super League with 21 goals-becoming the first player to reach the 20-goal mark in over a decade.
