A judicial review case challenging the formation of ad-hoc committees by Speaker of Parliament Sameer Suleman faces uncertainty as there are indications that communication seeking the Attorney General (AG)’s “indulgence” on the issue may not have reached his office.
Early this month, Suleman announced the formation of 12 ad hoc joint committees to probe into operations of some government entities.
