The Department of Climate Change and Meteorological Services has indicated that some parts of the Southern Region are experiencing a dry spell which may persist for some time.
Many parts of the region and some districts in Central Region have lately not been receiving rains.
A weather forecast for the next seven days indicates that most of the Southern Region districts may not receive rains.
