Some public schools are expected to open today.
This follows the reversal of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (MoEST)’s decision, to the effect that some public schools located in all districts where the M1 and M5 roads were damaged should open for the second term of the 2025-26 academic year next week Monday, January 12, 2026.
