Old Mutual (Malawi) Limited has announced that it will host executive golf tournaments, themed ‘Swinging Into the Mutual Future’.
In a press statement issued Monday, Old Mutual says the tournaments are scheduled for August 9 in Blantyre at Blantyre Sports Club and August 23 in Lilongwe at Lilongwe Golf Club.
Old Mutual Malawi Marketing and Corporate Affairs Executive Patience Chatsika says the exclusive tournament is aimed at engaging with the financial service provider’s stakeholders in a relaxed environment.
“This presents a special opportunity to showcase our brand and offerings to both our customers and potential customers.
“Stakeholders from various sectors are drawn and expected to participate in the two tournaments,” she said.

Chatsika says they are impressed with the calibre and number of golfers that have registered and continue to register to participate in the tournaments.
“Golf is one of the ways the business engages its stakeholders. The swinging into the Mutual Future theme greatly resonates to what we are as a business. We aim to grow with Malawians into the mutual future by, among other [things], offering products that help them achieve both their short and-long term financial goals.
