United Democratic Front (UDF) leader Atupele Muluzi Sunday launched his party’s manifesto at Nyambadwe Primary School Ground in Blantyre, where he charged that any attempt to rig the election on September 16 would not succeed.
It was unclear who the message targeted, but Muluzi referred to the 2019 election, during which correction fluid (Tippex) was found to have been used illegally to alter presidential election results before the courts nullified the outcome.
